The Keepers of the Fire
Those who tend the flame while you forge
We are those who tend the fire while you forge. We are the keepers of a space where men and women come to die to their illusions to be reborn to their power.
“I am the one who preserves your inner flame. This glow, this spark, is the primary source of your transformation and the essential lever of your internal alchemy. Together, we watch over this fire so that it becomes the engine of your fulfillment.”
The Fire that forges — Action
Born with lungs three times smaller than normal, forged early on a rage to live. Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP), where fire is a living being that must be learned and understood. Traditional Vietnamese Martial Arts, where discipline opens the space of self-knowledge. Systema, where survival hangs on a breath and life on deep relaxation.
The Fire that illuminates — The Path
In 2017, in Bodhgayā, on the sacred lands of India, he laid down his arms to take refuge. Becoming a Buddhist monk was not an escape, but a plunge into the blaze of silence — the greatest strength does not reside in impact, but in presence. This clarity now infuses his practice of Acupuncture and Qi Gong.
The Fire that transmutes — Connection
Through Nonviolent Communication (Certified Trainer at CNVC) and Relational Intelligence (IR Therapist), he accompanies the transmutation of wounded parts — creating the safety framework necessary to melt armor that has become too tight.
“Connection in service of action”
Socrates — the original motto of the Forge
“I am the one who tests your structure. If the flame is your source, the body and mind are the anvil upon which your robustness and resilience are built. Together, we will strike while the iron is hot to transform your resources into concrete power, ready to face the challenges and demands of the modern world.”
The fire that tests — The Origin
An introverted child, clinging to his mother’s skirts, he observed the world with timid curiosity but a devouring thirst for adventure. Boarding school and a sports-and-nature-oriented education were his first passage through fire. His essential truths: Freedom. Autonomy. Robustness. Adaptability.
The fire that shapes — Experience
From polar ice to the great ocean swells, from snowy peaks to tumultuous rivers: Explorer and Adventurer, Polar Guide, Ski Patroller-Rescuer, Survival Instructor, Kayak Guide in rivers and at sea, Whitewater Rescue Trainer. Then Therapist in Osteopathy, kinesiology and bio-resonance, Teacher of martial arts and internal energy arts (Systema, Taichi-Qigong).
The Fire that consolidates — Integration
Today he mobilizes his deep resources to strengthen adaptive capacities and intensify presence in the world — a raw (re)connection to nature and to oneself, to build an unshakeable foundation.
“Live for the best, prepare for the worst”
One usually enters La Forge by recommendation — but what matters is being ready.
